Mary Worth 2774

Is Wilbur actually planning to push that car down the sidewalk to run over Zak? I like where this is headed!

Also, I spotted this car in the parking lot at the Post Office yesterday!

I'm picturing Wanders hiding in the foliage beneath a palm tree, taking photos of the Hello Kitty car.

Hahaha Wanders, it took me a minute to connect the dots with the car.

Wilbur is turning more creepy than he already was. What's he going to do? Confront Iris and Zak? My guess is he's going to stay skulking behind that tree until Mary comes up behind him to ask him what he's doing.

Maybe Wilbur should write to Dear Wendy and get one of Mary's long winded answers.

I missed the Hello Kitty aspect of that car, instead wondering if Mary Kay has replaced pink Cadillacs with little pink Mitsubishis.

What a hoot that Wilbur decided that the mystery man is "too well-groomed" to be a friend of Tommy's. Speaking of Tommy, is he still visiting "friends" in Goleta? How much time has passed since we saw Zak chomping All Bran at Iris's apartment?

I hope Mr. Alora emerges on the other side of those leaves, armed with giant, sharp pruning shears. Wilbur's remaining hairs may be in peril.

I nominate the panel of Wilbur peering through the bushes as Panel of the Year for the next Worthy Awards.

Such a pity that dear old Aldo Kelrast is no longer among us. He could give Wilbur stalking tips.

Today's Boldface Haiku is titled

"Greens, With Envy".

Hmm. Younger. Tommy's?
Doubtful!
Well-groomed.

Wilbur has a lot of nerve commenting on Tommy’s poor grooming skills given his own slovenly appearance: same T-shirt for days on end, smelly-looking bathrobe, stubbly legs. Also, his assumption that Iris picks up men in bars shows a pretty contemptuous attitude toward the woman he’s eager to win back. I wonder, if Wilbur is going to go full Aldo Kelrast, will it be FULL Aldo Kelrast? And in a pink Hello Kitty car?

I'm envisioning a murder-suicide for Christmas.

Amazingly, Wilbur is looking at Zak and wondering, "Hmm. What's he got that I ain't got?"

I wonder if the driver of that Hello Kitty car ended up being either a chunky, balding guy or a dissheveled college student wearing purple sweatpants... A nice pair of binoculars might help Wilbur more correctly evaluate the state of Zak's grooming, especially if Mary and Toby walk up behind him and suddenly exclaim, "Wilbur! When did YOU get back?!"...Sitcom potential here. I can already hear the laugh track.

Wilbur is going full-on Arte Johnson in panel 2. "Verrry inter-estink!"

If you zoom on the panel you can see Fabiana and Pedro peering around a bush in the far background, spying on Wilbur.
