I'm going with Frank on this one. Typical Mary Worth to place her priorities above the priorities of her host. "We were having a discussion, Frank." So what? It's time to go. Talk in the car. Of course, I do sympathize with Mary a little because she's DYING to know what despicable deed in Lynn's past has left her weighted down with guilt and shame. Me too.

None of this makes sense - how can Mary have a Frank discussion with Lynn instead of her father?
Logically if Time is Money then surely Icetime is Icemoney?
Here's a poem I wrote....It doesn't format very well in the comments section, but you should be able to figure it out.
One fine sunny day, Mary Worth, that old fiend,
Went to the dentist to get her teeth cleaned,
The dentist told her to sit in the chair,
But Mary Worth said, “I’ve quite flair,
For middling and meddling around peoples lives,
So let’s exchange all our troubles instead."
The poor dentist wept, understanding his fate,
Was to be nothing more than some Mary Worth bait,
By the time Worthy left he was singing her praises,
All due to the bewitching spell Mary places.
She roams here and there, there and here, people say,
Wearing her motherly smile for display,
And all those she’s helped can’t help but explain…
(said in monotone deadbeat voice)
“Mary Worth is the kindest, bravest, warmest, most wonderful human being I've ever known in my life.”
But we know she’s a pain.

"Frank, can't you see that we were having a discussion? You were rude to interrupt us. Now go to your room until I call you."
Mary doesn't like it when someone interrupts her meddling.
wanders: just don't hold your breath waiting to find out Lynn's secret regret, because it's going to be at least a week before that happens.
And speaking of regret, wanders, which do you think we're going to regret more: Alma Mater winning the big rivalry game tomorrow, or Alma Mater losing?

wheelhead: You are such an optimist!
What I want to know is, who is that 4th person in the room casting that shadow??
I think what really ticked Mary off was Frank's off-handedness: "Oh, Mary... you're still here. Uh, I guess you can come, too..."
Men have died, and the worms have eaten them, for less.
Also, pandagrandma, that's not a fourth person in the room. What you're seeing is the shadow of Frank's evil invisible conjoined twin. (Frank refers to him simply as "Bruce," though his name is, in fact, Laszlo T. Pifflefeather.) Most of Bruce's body was absorbed into Frank's, leaving only the head, erm... not visible.
Glad I could clear that up.
