Well, well, well. What do you know. Every once in a while, Moy pulls it off. This ought to be good. Suddenly, my expectations for the week have improved. I can't wait to see some of this old pair's moves. Especially in the Toast Sweater and the Anorexia-hiding layered T ensemble.

Not to mention the blue pants which compliment the sweater to such fine effect.
I want to go to sleep right now so that when I wake up tomorrow I will be able to see Mary skate.
It was NEVER mentioned before that they were a skating pair.
I had a feeling this story wouldn't end before Mary straps on skates. Although I thought it would happen when a terrified Lynn couldn't complete her long program and Mary stepped in to win the gold herself.
Actually, Frank was the skater of the team. Mary drove the Zamboni.
Can we get a picture of it in the national news, right before Mary breaks her hip and ends up in the hospital under the care of the good Dr. Jeff Corey?
Oh Boy!
This is out of the blue!
A broken hip could be used to educate us all on the importance of good bone density and the perils the elderly face when trying to perform tasks they haven't tried in "ages"
Then again we may see a short program that will make Dorothy Hamill's wedge look new again!
I'll give Moy a thousand bucks if Frank takes a skate to the groin.
You know when Mary gets back to Charterstone, someone is going ask how her two day trip to Lake Tranquil was. She will reply, with a twinkle, "The time just skated by", and whip up a pot of seafood scampi.
I'm bracing another jealous outburst from Dr. Jeff when some inspired AP photographer gets a shot of Mary and Frank busting some moves on the ice. When said shot is splashed over the front page of the Chaterstone Gazette, Jeff will doubtless simmer with rage until Mary gets home, and then set fire to their beloved Bum Boat to gain a measure of vengeance. Watching offshore in his boat, his liquid assets packed in several steamer trunks on board and his GPS set for Jamaica, Jeff will start to feel more free than he has in years...
NO broken hips for Mary! She will execute the old "Pairs Moves" perfectly with Frank!! Oh, she may deflect the adulation & praise with a humble grin, possibly admitting "I'm a teensy bit rusty". But everyone at the rink will be amazed and green with envy! (And if Dr. Jeff Corey, M.D. ever finds out...well, it will be "socko!".)
(to the tune of "Lollypop")
Biddy-skate, biddy-skate, la la la biddy-skate.
Biddy-skate, biddy-skate, la la la biddy-skate.
Biddy-skate, biddy-skate, la la la biddy-skate.
BIDDY-SKATE!!!
*CRACK* (sound of bone breaking)
Bah-dump bump bump.
