Wanders, that's a wonderful observation about Drew's suspicious position facing the wall! On another note: Do you think the actress who plays Mary Worth is on leave of absence - perhaps doing a guest stint in an off-off-Broadway play (or on maternity leave)? I hope she returns to the cast soon!
Ahh, Mountview, where nurses in white stare aghast at patient files on their computer screens, amazed at how they stay alive with no medical attention.
Obviously Drew handed his clipboard to the starchy white nurse to our right while he is, um...busy there by the wall. But where is Liza's (if that's her name today) clipboard? And where is her toy stethoscope? And did she have a haircut AGAIN since yesterday? And maybe a teensy injection of Botox?
I still say the DIS-continuity issues are the most hilarious part of this strip - besides the gripping plots, of course!
I think the time travel machine is in place. I don't think the hat that the nurse is wearing has been in vogue since the 1950s.
Mountview Hospital's neglect of patients is based on Friedrich Nietzsche's quote, "that which does not kill us makes us stronger". Including golden Staph, presumably.

Drew is about to run right into the wall! He must be twitterpated after all.

Ok, now it's even happening on this blog. My name changed from "Shmoopie" to "s!" Tomorrow it'll be Mopsy or Flopsy or Sarah Palin! God help us all!!!
Beware for there is no help for those who enter the Worthiverse.
