At first, I really assumed that it was Mary Worth extending the invitation, but this will be good too. I am sure the conversation will be tantalizing and the food delectable.

How late is it, anyway? If Saul and Greta hang around a little longer, the nice lunch will be today, not tomorrow. We’ll see what Eve considers a “nice” lunch. Beans on toast, saltines with Cheez Whiz, stale banana bread from Mary, and water? The dogs can finish the package of salami that’s been in Eve’s fridge since January.
Eve already had these two over for lunch...That's how we found out how large Eve's apartment was. Can't wait for the encore after this lunch. Maybe she'll invite Mary!

I can't believe this but I am missing bland, predictable Mary!!!! It's been weeks since we have seen her.
It's an incident, so they'll be served string cheese.
