How did Drew not notice the absence of such a big watch when it either fell off or was removed from his wrist?
All Ashlee has to do is gently remove the inscription and polish the back. It may not improve the value, but will make it harder to trace. KitKat: Drew was so interested in Ashlee's "assets" he likely did not notice the loss until he could refocus. It's a guy thing.
I’m not surprised Ashlee kept her slippers on while lying on the sofa. I wouldn’t want the bare soles of my feet coming in contact with a sofa like that either.
Ashlee’s flat seems to be literally falling to pieces even as we watch. What do you suppose is Brigman’s inspiration for “squalid home decor”?
I keep wondering where Drew meets Ashlee for their dates. The condition of her apartment makes it appear she is living in an abandoned house. At least she keeps her nails nice.
Throughout the week’s worth of strips depicting the photo shoot, we never saw a watch on either of Drew’s wrists. Both bare wrists were clearly visible on Wednesday the 26th.

Even without the engraving, that watch has a limited market. The pawn shop owner will have to find a left-handed buyer.
