Eventually Mary will get involved here. Most likely after Wilbur drunkenly at 2AM throws kitty litter at Estelle's window. Mary will maddingly try to convince Estelle to take Wilbur back again, this will most likely happen on a Sunday so KM can include a totally out of context quote about love/forgiveness or both. At that point, I'm dumping kitty litter on Mary.
What's that old saw about how you can't win an argument with someone who's neurotic? Considering who is involved here, this argument could go on for quite a while, especially considering that Libby is a metaphor for all they don't like about one another. Calling Dr. Sweatervest!
RogerBW - lol, I was voicing Estelle. She most certainly should be done with Wilbur. The rest of us, sadly, are not done with Wilbur or Estelle or Libby. There is more that Karen Moy needs to say again. Much more. Again.
You might want to think about heading back to Columbia, Wilbur. At this point, I think you stand a better chance of talking Fabiana into giving up Pedro than you do convincing Estelle to give up Libby.

Whatever Wilbur called Libby, it’s not “fleabag.” A limited vocabulary is another one of his undesirable traits.
Wilbur, it IS your fault that you’re an @$$<#&*.
I do believe we've just heard the last nail being hammered into your coffin, Wilbur.

HOWLLL!
That is all I have to say on the matter, sir!
Wilbur, when you find yourself in a hole, the first thing to do is stop digging.

Aaaand, we are done here.

I am really wondering how Dear Wendy would have handled this... the mind boggles.

Wilbur should go to the city animal shleter and get the biggest badass male tom-cat to give miss Libby cat a "distraction"
"Aaaand, we are done here."
Do we dare hope, Sandi? I reckon Moy can squeeze another week or two out of this.
Then Estelle gets an email. "I can't get you out of my head. Do we have another chance to make it work? Love, Arther."

Saturday: This is too easy. Yes, I'm pretty sure that the cat, just like everyone else, resents you.
I don't know how she can stand to be around a man who has a such a major tantrum over a cat for that long. Just tell him off and go home.

Wilbur used to a loveable loser. Now he's repulsive in every way.
In Saturday’s first panel, non-family friendly version, I expect Wilbur would have included a four-letter word between “bat” and “crazy.”
After weeks of this Wilbur vs. Libby battle, someone other than Wilbur will have to interview Libby for “Survivor Stories.” Mary, perhaps?
Crazy like a bat, or crazy like a fox?
HOWLLL!
WILD ANIMAL NATURE?? Wilbur, prepare to bid farewell to what’s left of your hair!
