Thanks for explaining the dancing in the secret message, Wanders. I figured that Dawn, her friend, and nameless guy were doing the Southern Californian Freeze Dance.
Patty Patient is telling herself, “Shouldn’t this guy be DOING something? He’s not even entering notes! I’m so uncomfortable with him, I’m going to pretend I’m asleep. Maybe he’ll leave and someone else who’s on the ball will take over.”
I was in a traffic accident last year, and as I lay on the street with several broken bones, a bystander knelt by me and held my hand while the aid car was called. I remember thinking, "Why is this guy holding my hand? Oh yeah, I was hit by a car. He must think I'm emotionally traumatized or something. Well, he can hold my hand if it makes him happy, but it seems kind of weird to me."

I notice that Jared is not reaching across his patient to hold her hand today. That should improve her chances of recovery.
Looks like June couldn't make it in to work and Karen had to cover for her.

I’m glad the dancing/handholding panels have been repeated several times. I’ve had a hard time trying to figure out the message.
